How to retry the payment for the air ticket
In case you did not get the ticket for the first attempt (you can see the reasons in the section The bank card payment fail), you can retry the payment in your account.
To do this you need to login to your account using the e-mail specified during the booking as a login (the system automatically registers you on the site when creating the first booking, the password is sent to your e-mail) in the section "My Orders" and select the order that you want to pay again. Within 3 hours from the moment of making the booking, you have the opportunity to retry the payment in the way that you chose when booking, or by another convenient way.
If, after finding out the reason for refusal of payment by card, you would like to change the method of payment to "Cashier of PrivatBank", you need to contact our managers (see contacts below on the page) and we'll add the button "Download invoice", which you should print and pay in the bank on the day of booking.
