    If you have any complaints about the work of Ukrzaliznytsia, write an application. With the application, you must file documents that support the complaint, for example, a baggage receipt with the description and estimated value of the baggage. A claim can be submitted not later than 6 months after the incident.

    The railway cannot refuse to consider the complaint.

    The answer to the claim is given in the following terms:

    1. Up to three months, if the claims arose during the trip by the railway.

    2. Up to 6 months, if the passenger used a direct mixed railway service.

    Whatever the decision is made by the railway, it should point out the reasons why it made this decision when considering your claim.

    To appeal the decision you will have six months from the date of the answer, you can do this at the Economic Court at the location of the railway.
