    Boarding

    After check in for a flight you should follow to Customs Control and Passport Control. Passing the Customs Control you need to hand your carry-on baggage for checking via scanner. Going through the passport control you need to have passport, visa and the document certifying the cause of your journey (not for all countries).

    Boarding a flight begins 40 minutes before departure. If the passenger late for a boarding, then he won't be allowed for a flight. Departure time on the ticket is always local.

    Airline can refuse to carry you in these situations:
    - related to passenger safety and health;
    - passenger's failure to comply with rules, regulations and instructions of the carrier;
    - improper execution of documents;
    - passenger who is in a state of alcohol or drugs.

    Contact us or airline if you have some questions.
